Employee Spotlight
Bryan Laborera
Since joining our firm in 2023, Bryan has continued to grow into a fantastic designer, creative problem-solver, and careful listener. He consistently shares his impressive drafting program skills with his colleagues, always willing to lend a helping hand and take on any task thrown at him with a smile on his face. Earning a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Roger Williams University in 2020, Bryan studied abroad in Florence, Italy, learning about historic architecture and its roots in a multitude of cultures. When asked what he would do if he won the lottery, his response was true to his kind and hardworking nature, still wanting to come to work and share his gains with others.
Bryan has always been a teacher at heart, gaining vital skills in team building and communication through his past work as a swim instructor, teaching assistant, and student mentor at RWU. His unreserved and virtuous standards for himself and others are a great fit in our firm, leading to high-quality design and strong client relationships, not to mention his love for food (something we take very seriously at BTGA!). We share in his passion for building better communities through his work at BTGA and hope to watch him continue to grow with our team and change the lives of clients for a long time to come.
